Expansion and operation of an international company in Mexico
HERCEZ guided the company through the opening and operation of multiple establishments in Mexico, coordinating the regulatory path required to take each project from preparation through the start of operations.
Our involvement included feasibility analyses and the management of land-use, construction, building, and signage permits; operating licenses and alcohol licenses; health and Civil Protection authorizations; and the contracting and coordination of essential services with CFE and the local water utilities.
We also handled regularizations and administrative proceedings arising from the day-to-day operation of the establishments, coordinating authorities, vendors, and internal teams to prevent each process from advancing in isolation.
In addition to meeting local requirements, HERCEZ integrated into the company's corporate protocols, internal processes, and compliance standards, ensuring that execution in Mexico remained consistent with its international guidelines.
