When an attempt was made to enforce precautionary measures based on a contested claim — and disproportionate to the amount demanded — HERCEZ intervened immediately to protect our client's assets and operational continuity.
We designed and pursued the necessary procedural and constitutional strategy, acted within the precautionary proceeding, and timely obtained the suspension that halted the diligence before the attachment could be executed.
Once the immediate contingency was resolved, we assumed the defense on the merits and conducted the dispute through to its favorable conclusion. The strategy integrated commercial and civil litigation tools, as well as constitutional control mechanisms through the amparo proceeding.
