HERCEZ accompanied a company participating in public procurement proceedings, from reviewing the bidding terms and legally preparing its proposals through to the award and formalization of the corresponding contracts.
After the award was obtained, the outcome was challenged through various protest proceedings filed by other participants. Our involvement focused on sustaining the legality of the proceeding and protecting the contractual position obtained, asserting the legal and technical elements that supported the authority's decision.
We addressed each challenge, coordinated the necessary information with the client's operational teams, and monitored compliance with the obligations arising from the contract, anticipating risks that could affect its execution.
The award was upheld and the client retained the contract obtained, with legal support from the competitive proceeding through its execution and fulfillment.
